By creating an account or using GoLearn ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GoLearn provides an online learning platform for Go programming education, including:

• Interactive coding courses and lessons
• Hands-on coding exercises with real-time code execution
• Progress tracking and gamification features
• Terminal simulation exercises

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal.

Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course content
• Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
• Use the code execution service for malicious purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoLearn, including courses, exercises, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GoLearn or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

8. User Content

Code you submit through exercises is used solely for evaluation purposes. We do not claim ownership of your code submissions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for Terms violations

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoLearn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
